Culture doesn't really beg people to pursue a career in the arts. I think you just decide everyday, you know, when you wake up. You just decide you're gonna do it. Because there are so many reasons not to do it. Every time you go into the studio and you make something, every hour that you spend there is what keeps you moving on to the next hour.
